- Assist vulnerable people to feel more connected to the community.
- Restore the dignity and quality of life for people affected by hardship.
Our volunteers.
Teangi Chambers – Social Media
Teangi has spent time working at different levels of state and local government before moving into the not-for-profit sector. Her time has been spent in a fundraising capacity with both state-based and national charities managing volunteers, fundraising campaigns and all the grassroots tasks involved in the NGO sector. Teangi has a creative flair that teams well with her love for creating appealing content and has combined her knowledge of running and advising small businesses in the world of digital communications.
Teangi is a devoted pet owner and a licensed wildlife carer, has a passion for nature and spending time there, and loves being creative or dabbling in a bit of photography.
Abbas Syed – IT Development
“I joined ProjectKindness to contribute my technical skills towards the great cause that our team stands for. Having a background in systems development and data analysis, I am naturally drawn towards designing systems that address technical problems and provide opportunities for process improvement. A big part of my role here at ProjectKindness is to ensure that our systems are well-integrated, allowing for smooth communication of data and making it useful for day-to-day operations, planning, and analysis.
Volunteering at ProjectKindness is a truly rewarding experience. I get to design solutions that contribute towards the greater good while learning new skills and making meaningful, lasting relationships.”
Our partners.
There is kindness in connection.
Every project needs partners and supporters – those who are doing amazing work to improve the day-to-day living for vulnerable members of the community while giving kindness, love, hope and opportunity to hundreds of people and families each year.
We are so very lucky to partner with a number of incredible businesses and organisations who help us make real change by supporting the ProjectKindness cause. Many of them are out there with us, on the front lines, doing amazing things to improve the lives of Sydney’s most vulnerable community members.
To our past, present and future PK partners, thank you so much for all that you do.
“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”
Margaret Mead
