Self Referral for Kindness Request
If you are seeking support from ProjectKindness for yourself and/or your family, please use this form to submit your request.
Please be advised that from February 2025 ProjectKindness will no longer be offering a delivery service.
A request must be made via our online referral form and items are then to be collected from our community outreaches on Monday afternoons between 4pm-5pm alternating in Waterloo and Eastlakes. Dates for each location will be provided closer to March.
Please note that ProjectKindness is unable to provide support with:
- Larger items (beds, fridges, washing machines, dryers, televisions etc.)
- Mobile phones or computers
- Perishable food items (milk, cheese, bread, meat, fruit and vegetables, etc.)
- Adult clothing and shoes
- Food or clothing vouchers
- Medication support
- Financial support
The information you share with us will only ever be used by ProjectKindness to ensure we can support you and will not be shared with any other party.
We will process your referral form and respond to you as soon as we possibly can.
