If you are seeking support from ProjectKindness for yourself and/or your family, please use this form to submit your request.
Please note that ProjectKindness is unable to provide support with:
- Larger items (beds, fridges, washing machines, dryers, televisions etc.)
- Mobile phones or computers
- Perishable food items (milk, cheese, bread, meat, fruit and vegetables, etc.)
- Adult clothing and shoes
- Food or clothing vouchers
- Medication support
- Financial support
The information you share with us will only ever be used by ProjectKindness to ensure we can support you and will not be shared with any other party.
We will process your referral form and respond to you as soon as we possibly can.

Final day for hamper requests is Wednesday 18 December with Friday 20th December being the last day for collections in 2024.
ProjectKindness will be closed from 20th December 2024 until 20th January 2025.
