If you are seeking support from ProjectKindness for yourself and/or your family, please use this form to submit your request.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
ProjectKindness will be CLOSED throughout the entire month of November. This includes our outreach and hamper collections. While we’re off-duty, we can recommend Ask Izzy as a wonderful resource for anyone needing immediate help. Simply follow the link below to search a database of over 450,000 support services.

Please be advised that from February 2025 ProjectKindness will no longer be offering a delivery service.
A request must be made via our online referral form and items are then to be collected from our community outreach on a Wednesday afternoon at 4:15pm in Waterloo.
Please note that ProjectKindness is unable to provide support with:
- Larger items (beds, fridges, washing machines, dryers, televisions etc.)
- Mobile phones or computers
- Perishable food items (milk, cheese, bread, meat, fruit and vegetables, etc.)
- Adult clothing and shoes
- Food or clothing vouchers
- Medication support
- Financial support
The information you share with us will only ever be used by ProjectKindness to ensure we can support you and will not be shared with any other party.
We will process your referral form and respond to you as soon as we possibly can.
