ProjectKindness is incredibly grateful for the grant of $1,000 received from ‘Bulk Gives Back‘.
We believe that there is a social, cultural, health and welfare need for support for those who are most vulnerable in the community. To support those in need, ProjectKindness provides ‘Kindness Hampers’ of groceries and household items such as bedding, blankets, appliances, towels, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery to people when they are at their most vulnerable and asking for support. The grant provided by Bulk Gives Back has enabled us to purchase a large number of boxes which we use for our Kindness Hampers.
By doing the work we do, ProjectKindness aims to build relationships with vulnerable and disadvantaged people which increases their ‘social connectedness’ in the community, reduce the effects of stress, anger, and anxiety for vulnerable people and provide easy access to goods and services.
The grant we received will help us to continue to provide this service to the community’s most vulnerable.
A huge thank you to ‘Bulk Gives Back’ from the team at ProjectKindness.
